Other Lofty Goals

I think that posting every day during the holidays is a lofty goal. But, then, I also thought that reading 30 books in 2007 was lofty too. But I finished! I finished before the end of November even, so technically I finished 30 books in 11 months instead of a year. Go me!

Here is the list of the books I read in 2007

1. Good Grief
2. Why Girls Are Weird
3. Why Moms Are Weird
4. My Horizontal Life
5. Dear John
6. Do I Look Fat In This?
7. Why I Jumped
8. Running With Scissors
9. A Walk To Remember
10. Bright Lights Big Ass
11. Bitter Is The New Black
12. Ethan Frome
13. The Secret Garden
14. Flowers In The Attic
15. Garden of Shadows
16. London Is The Best City In America
17. The Financially Confident Woman
18. Shacking Up: The Smart Girls' Guide To Living In Sin Without Getting Burned
19. The Complete Cheapskate
20. Harry Potter And The Scorcerer's Stone
21. The Wedding

You're adorable. I was thinking that I may have read fewer books in 2007 than previous years. And the ones I've read? Too embarrassing to share.

Holy shit, people still read books? Honestly I have not read a book in YEARS! But then again, 3 kids under 5 yrs old tends to take up most of my spare time.

WOW! That is wonderful. I seem to be collecting books, but I can't get around to actually reading them. But the fact that I'm still interested in buying them makes me feel better.

Congrats! I have the same goal, and I only have one book to go. Luckily, it is a book exchange book, which means I am required to finish and mail it before January first, so I am all set to reach the 30-book goal!
