Meet Jeffrey.
Jeffrey is a 1-3 year old Rottweiler who was rescued from a shelter in Southern California. He was starving and had a horrible case of mange. Now he is being loved and getting treats and food and medicine...and he's gaining weight. (he needed to gain 40 pounds!) Sad, isn't it? We want a dog, but I can harldy keep up with my two little ones. Perhaps once they go to school.
