Meatie Monday!

Christmas eve marked Meatie's first trip to the dog park (it was the day after Meatie's first bordatella and rabies vaccines). He was a little nervous, so he hid between my feet for the first little bit. Then he gradually followed his sister's lead.

She was really good with him - he didn't want to get too far away from us, so he'd follow her a little ways...and then she'd run back to check in with him. If she went to fetch a ball - she'd bring it back to where he was and drop it so he could pick it up and bring it back. She's a sweetie!


He got to go into the little dog park - but that made him even more nervous because little dogs are assholes (just sayin').

I think he enjoyed it though - and I know Daisy had a blast. They were pooped by the time we got home. Hopefully he'll get to go again soon.
